3 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of dried mustard
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup salad olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Puree anchovies, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in food processor.
Add salad oil and mayonnaise and blend well. Slowly add olive oil and then salt and pepper.
